It's my first out of work for client.The problem is:one computer can't view web pages,but can login QQ and MSN.
Follow is steps of how I deal with the problem:
First,I think it's because of the DNS has some problem.So I ping its DNS IP address,it's request time out!then I try to modify its DNS IP address with others,but the problem was still the same.

Second,the first was saying that the DNS was working right.So I think there was some thing wrong with the IE,and I look for the IE configure,and change some configure.But it is not help!

Third,I think,maybe the firewall refused the IE request.so I stop the windows firewall.I'm verry sorry that it does't help any more!

Fourth,I notice that the Kaspersky was working,so i think maybe the Kaspersky was doing the job!so I stop the Kaspersky to have a try.Yeth! It help!The computer can view the web pages!When I restart the Kaspersky,the problem happen again.so I was sure that the problem was in the Kaspersky!So I open the window of Kaspersky configure,and notice there was a attension on the NOTE panel,and the attension's mean was like folow:Kaspersky have found some virus in the computer,and it request to clear all the virus!Then I click on the attension,and then Kaspersky run to check the computer and clear the virus.after it finished.The IE can view the web pages correctly!
